that a uspected killer had been

was the murder suspect he was look­
ing for. Wasn't jumping out a win­
dow, proof of b ing a murderer?

cuting Fiedler, told the jury that
Fiedler hould have recognized Ma-
ens. After all, Fiedl r had arr ted
Mabens and t rifled at hi trial eight

was acquitted of all charges at that
trial.
