Walk For Warmth The VanCasCap, a Community Action Agency serving Berrien, Cass, and Van Buren Counties will be participating in the tatewide "Walk For Warmth" sponsored by Michigan Community Action Agency Association, The Walk will take pi ce on Saturday, March 6. He retired as school superin­ tendent in 1990 after serving for 21 years. He was the Di trict's -tirst Black uperintendent. He worked as a teacher-and up rlntendent for 38 years.
