Detroit area youngsters,
grades K-8, are invited to
develop a design which will
be' used On billboards in
Detroit in early 1993. The
design ,should relate to the
general theme, "What Detroit
Means to Me." It may also
incorporate such initiatives as
hand gun safety, drug free
school zones, and boarding
up of abandoned houses. The
award will be a $50 U.S.
savings bond to the top three
finalists. Deadline is January
4,1993.
