The university said they
were impeding access to the
offices by student and
employees, and Dean of Stu­
dents William Baggett notified
them th y would have to leave
by 9:30 or face arrest.
Wh n that deadline passed,
the protes ters remained in the
building and the university
asked for the court order, Car­
net said.
"We are giving them every
possible option to leave," she
said. "1 think some did leave."
Meanwhile, the building was
closed and students arriving for
