one step... Our nation was
founded two hundred odd
years ago when a group of or­
dinary people with extraordi­
.nary ideas, expressed their
dissatisfaction with the status
quo by petjtioning their
government, England, with a
document we call the D lara­
tion of Independence. You are
that one document that ordi­
nary person doing extraordi­
nary things for the lives and
well being of children.

congregation, and one to take
for signatures around your
block or to give to a depend­
able relative.
As you complete each peti­
tion please send it to the ad­
