Heartfelt emotions are trans
formed into sheer and spirited high
volume choir energy and often
gut-wrenching gospel on Crouch's
latest project, "With All Of My
Heart". The release is something of
a homecoming for Crouch, who
hadn't recorded in over five years.
While Crouch had been long
preparing for it, recording the five
choir release came at a most trying
time.
"The album was recorded three
weeks after I lost my Mom, so it
wa difficult, but then it was
probably the best time because we
(she and twin brother, Andrae) had
so much prayer and so many people
came to support us. I even did a
whole medley about Heaven."
Crouch is more that satisfied
with the re ults, calling it a dif
ferent brand of gospel for her. "It
has a variety of things-classical,
contemporary gospel, oul gospel,"
he notes.
"It' more than I dreamed it
would be, because everybody that
worked on the album really did
give all of their heart." TI¥: project

death after a long bout with ncer,
caught Crouch off-guard. "At first
I wa just not going to do anything,
but I could hear my mother saying,
'Sandra, you. have to keep singing
for the Lord.' So I went with more
fervor than I ever had."
