Home Parish Family Day" on
Saturday, September 26th

The Detroit Urban League
'and the Museum of African
American History presented
the "Wall Of Hand" during
the African World Fe tival.
The event provided an op
portunity for adults and youth
to sign a pledge to stay drug
free. As a ymbol of their
commitment they placed
their hand in bright colored
paint on a large wall. The
drug prevention campaign for
African American youth is
funded by the Office for Sub
stance Abuse Prevention
