City hires county for assessment work

County to have the County's
Equalization Department provide
technical assistance with the assess
ment administration and act the
se sor for Benton Harbor for a
period of three years, until sep Ib
ber 13,1995.
The City will pay Berrien County
$16,750 per annual quarter. The first
payment will be made on October 1,
1992; and subsequent payments on
January 1, April 1 and July 1, 1993.
Payments more than 10 days late will
be subject to interest at the rate of 1
1/2 percent per month.
In the agreement, Berrien County
