The Detroit Urban League
'and the Museum of African
American History presented
the "Wall Of Hand" during
the African World Fe tival.
The event provided an op­
portunity for adults and youth
to sign a pledge to stay drug­
free. As a ymbol of their
commitment they placed
their hand in bright colored
paint on a large wall. The
drug prevention campaign for
African American youth is
funded by the Office for Sub­
stance Abuse Prevention
(OSAP) ...
