providing feature in Highland
Park's Michigan Week Parade were
given awards by Highland Park
Mayor Linsey Porter.
The Reggie McKenzie Founda­
tion took first place in the Float
Conte t.
Second place went to the win­
ners of the Block Club Contest, the
Barber School Dancers, the Ford
School Band, the Liberty School
Band, the Highland Park Com­
munity High School Band, the
Highland Park High School Color
Guard of the ROTC, the Twins
Floats, the Bahai Faith, and the
Cooley High School Band.
The contest was judged by Art
vi , Diedra Gamble, Anita Phil­
lip , Mozella French and Dillard
Woods.
