appointment Director. He said they discussed the

would desire to have the board meet with the city
commission or with the committee that was responsible
for him being denied the appointment as director.

In the letter, it tated that the board was aware of the
State laws in qu tioned, and Brooks was prepared to
resign chairman if chosen and approved by the city

- Spend up to $200 to have the door phone at the
Business Growth Center moved to the outh end of th
building at the hipping/receiving dock.
- Pay $195.00 to Bond Supply Co., of Kalamazoo
for a deadlatch lock and ins lallation of the dead latch on
the front entrance door of the Business Growth Center.
The next meeting for DDA/I1FA will be held April
21, 1992 at 4:30 p.m. in the City's Busine Growth
