mary of tJle legislative hearing of the
African American Male, I was look­
ing foIWard to leelng the projected
facts, solution for solving the prob­
lem and changing the decaying situa­
tion of African in Amedca.
But before I able to read the
ummary, one of the "major" pl'ClSel
. had an article that snmmari:zed the
bearing summary by .. ying that a
University of Chicago report
predictccl that at least 70 percent of

imprisoDcc1or dead by the year 2000.
One would believe from the ar­
tide that the Univcllity tudy was the
conclusion of the Lcgillative bear-
