needs to be done here, " Yarbrough said.
Yarbrough aid Anthony couldn't afford to work for two
muniCipalities when sbc said he didn't have time to do some of the
apprailal work In the city, so the city hired a private firm to do the
reaidential apprailals to take some of the work load off her.
Yarbroup said, it a "outrage wale of money" to be paying both
