KALAMAZOO VICE- MAYOR Beverly Moore, a Com munity Ace Boardmcmbcr, upon hearing of the new video groups, welcomed Black involvement in the Access Center. "The more groups and individuals involved, the better," she said, noting that few minorities had taken advantage of the four cable channels available for local programming in the· nine years the channel have been available.
