On the board also are Commis­ sioners Wysinger and Yarbrough. The group i mentioned in the Five-Year plan aUhough the city bas never approved any relation­ ship with the Non-profit Property board. . Mayor Wolrs brother is being paid to "stablize" city-owned housing by the Non-profit beard. Mayor Wolf stated that it was only an information item for the Emergency Loan Board. He said every year the city has to provide a plan to the Emergen­ cy Loan Board, giving them infor­ mation on the direction the city is taking. THE PLAN IS to give the Non-Profit Board 300 pieces of city-owned land for one dollar, al­ though minimum bids of $500 have been put on the arne proper­ tie when it comes to elling them to city residents.
