Organizations in the Arts Incubator will par ticipate in regular training programs which will provide information and teach skills and stabilize an organization, and bui ld a sol id founda tion for the future. Among' the topics to be in- cluded will bc: -Defining your market and reaching new audiences -Short and long term plan ning for success -Developing and using promotional materials that work -Budget developing and fin fl n cl a I ... p fan n i n g for the 1990's -So you want to tour?
