Omega Psi Phi, Alph Phi Alpha, Kappa Alpha P i, and Phi Beta Sigma fraternities, have joined together as the OAKS Alliance, an organiza­ tion that will bring special perspective to major problems now affecting the Black com­ munity. For the' past year, the OAKS organization has been working with "at-risk" African American males in the 5th-8th grades, and their parents at Spain Middle School.
