1 12 oz. bo of frozen
yellow qu h
1 egg
1 Tbl . butter or margarine
1 Tbt . corn tarch
1 Tbl . vanill e tract
1/2 cup sugar I
1 t p. cinnamon
1 tsp. ginger
1 1 p. nutmeg
1/2 can of evaporated milk
1 Ready Cru t Grab m
Cracker pie crust
Thaw squash to room tempera­
lure. Mix ingredients with h nd
beater or whisk, 2-3 minutes.
Mix ingredients with squash over
- low fire, tirring con tantly until
the mixture becomes very thick.
Pour into pie crust and refrigerate
overnight.
.Garnish with whip cream and
a slice of fresh fruit.
