Highland Park Community
College finally has its 1990-91
operating budget.
The proposed budget with
S 12,264,240 'in expendi tures and
$12,720,177 in revenue: was ap­

Board member John Hollow
expressed discontent toward
passing the budget, saying it is
not a fair acces ment of expendi­
tures.
Holloway pointed out expen­
ditures which havc already ex­
ceeded proposed exp.endi tures.
