The projected energy costs of

especially .pleased that the law
brings Michigan into confor­
mance with most of the country,
making Michigan the 40th state
to pass such statewide controls
on firearms.

"I think it will simplify any
problems in enforcing gun or­
dinances in the state, "
Osborn insists he will remain"
patient and wait for police offi­
cial frorn across the state to

minor adjustment may be neces-
