hours credit which can be applied to maintain their education
�ertific�tion. The �tate of Michigan require that all persons

1988, must maintain their credential by cquiring college
credits within a certain length of time.

this concept. Then, in mid-October persons who wish to learn
to read will be ready to be taught by the e new certified literacy
