Two weeks ago David
Du e, the Klansman turned
State Legi lator from
Louisiana, was successful in
getting a bill passed which in
effect banned affirmative ac
tion programs in the State of
Louisiana.
Meanwhile in Missouri
City, Texas, that great
American protector of white
American rights, the Klu Klux .
Klan, was preparing to mount
a series of marches and
demonstations to prote t the
alleged' rape of a white
woman by a Black man.
But while David Duke and
the KKK are laboring to
protect while rights from a
perceived enemy called Black

Ronald Reagan, tbe

Joe Sixpack, is principally
responsible for creating the
atmosphere which encouraged
the HUD scandal, and the
monstrous SaL rip-off.
Reagan's policy of
deregulation and lax enforce
ment of regulations was in
tended to enchance the riches
of the wealthy.
Joe Sixp ck got a big dose
of red, white and blue, love of
country and patriotism and
the notion that those lazy,
