Mocking a Christian
preacher, David X, a muslim
minister from the Nation of
Islam Mosque #1, located on
Wyoming ne r Fenkell,
demonstrated the techniques of
African American leaders.

world, but it projects negative
images in the minds of African
Americans about themselves,
he said.
Also portraying a slave
preacher telling other slaves in
the church that they could
work .harder for the slave
master, David showed bow the
slave master who at behind
him even had an oppressive
hand in a Simple church ser­
vice.
Doing this David further ex­
emplified how Christianity is
another form of dividing
African Americans and brain­
washing them into believing
they are inate laborers.

with other youth, labor, civil

for the June 17th rally. June 18-
22 has been declared STU­
DENT ACTION WEEK,
where tudent leadership will
stay Washington to see
meeting with Presi ent Bu h
and engage in teacb-in, lobby
meeting and other political ac­
tivities aimed at the President,
Congress and Supreme Court.
The teach-ins will cover a
range of topics, including drugs
and youth, economics of educa­
tion and connecting the campus
with community struggl
