So I challenge the city of
Detroit, M yor Young, or
hoever else, to consider what

minded, quick fix, decision has
on the 'Big' picture of the, so
called, war on crime. I challenge
the city to revaluate the city or­
dinance governing Belle Isle
and give the par back to the
half-million or so "other resi­
dents of Detroit who may just
want to "Catch a breeze" on a
sticky hot Saturday night but
cannot. Which brings to mind
another issue. Is this par really
for us anyway? Hmmmm ...
