"210.01 MEETINGS.
Council shall meet in regular
session in the established Coun-
cil Chamber in the City Hall on
the first and third Monday eve­
ning of each month, at 7:00 p.m.,
unless by a majority vote of City
Council shall change the date,
time and place of said regular
meeting(s) aodsaid change shall
be po ed within 3 days after the
meeting at which the change .
made and shall be place in the
official newspaper of the aty.
At the regular meetings of
Council, public participation
shall be permitted for a period of
time determined by Council,
followed immediately by the
business session. If any time set
for a regular meeting of Council
is a holiday or observed as such,
then such regular meeting shan
be held on the next day which is
not a holiday. All meetings shan
begovernedby Robert's Rulcsof
Order.
S ction 2. All ordinances or
parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith be and the same arc
hereby repealed only to the ex-
tent necessary to give this or­
dinance full force and effect.
