many complaints from citizens,
stating that a crowd had
gathered in the treets breaking
bottles and har.r sing the
motorists.
During citizen comments,
city resident Curtis Murphy
questioned the commissio why
is it ce sary for citiz to
give their address wh n they
come to speak before th com­
mission.
