During the DDA meeting, the Board members voted to approve a payment to the City of Benton Harbor in the amount of$162.518.15, with the under- tanding that, DDA Director Aaron Anthony or the Chair­ man, Christopher Brooks, get someone to meet with the Ex­ ecutive Board to discuss the matter. Kevin Clements, chairman of the Project Committee, said, based upon a seminar he had attended regarding DDA, "there are some significant questions that need to b ad­ dressed by the asse sor and the governmental body," and he would make a motion that the Board table payments to the city until further review by the Executive Board.
