They are: - Consolidation of Ioan pac age for Ethel Murphy, owner of R M urpby Career Fashions, 90 W. Main SL. The move gave her an additional S12,000 for the purchase of se onal inventory. The city loaned M urpby $35,000 last year to open the store. - Revolving Loan in' the amount of $20,000 to by Brown to open a beauty shop, Chears Inc. Barber & B ty Salon, at 70 W. There were questions about the use of the funds designated for th treets.
