. Also at the meeting Commis
sioner Wysinger criticized
Public Safety Director Sam
Watson for saying he couldn't
do anything about the loitering
problem on the corner of

the "dop sniffers, pushers,
prositutes and thugs" he hould
be fired.

Yarbrough, speaking on behalf
of business owners on Broad

nesse were lesing customers,
and something had to be done.
Watson told the commission
that as long as the persons
tanding around didn't bother
anyone, they could stand there
all day.
Y rbrough said he agreed
with some of what Wysinger was

M yor Wolf said he would
refer the matter over to the city
