Since there was- a S5,500 out­ standing mortgage and tax liens on the properties, Postelli said he had met with Hadley and they h d worked out an agree­ ment that Hadley will be given quick cl im deeds to the . properties and purchase them for $100 e ch, not $30,000 as he had originally planned and he . al 0 would be held liable for the properties. Postelli recommended the sale by quick-claim deed for the propertie for $100 each. He said there were three item that he wanted to bring to the commission. Wolf said City Manager Steve Manning was "wen aware" of the trucks traveling down the residential streets and he was working on the problem. City Attorney Postelli aid the City's Engineer would have to do a traffic study, so he could determine which treets could bear the eight and also the en­ gineer h' to ize the street for the appropriate ize of the truck that would be going down that treet. Acting City Manager Sam Watson, who was sitting in for Manning, said. the main problem at thi time. there are no signs indicating that the trucks hould not be on the treets.
