The Grand Rapids police chief convinced a Muskegon judge to have Potts re-arrested because "the possibility exists that (the uspect) may flee." The judge said he recon­ sidered his decision to change Potts' release status and to in­ crease the S2S,(XX) bood after reviewing the police chiefs let­ ter which described his con­ cerns about Potts potential threat of fleeing and threat to the public's safety. During a telphone interview with the "Michigan Citizen," Potts said that it has been reported that while he, the sup posed prime suspect, is in jail, more Muskegon girls have been sexaully assaulted. o POSITIVE 1.0.'
