Development Company in the amount of $11,555 to cover the cost of rehab at 1266 Union, the home of Letha Yarbrough. They also approved another contract with R.A.H. D elop­ ment for rehabilitation of property at 575 Niles Street, in the amount of$9,320, belonging to Sylvia Wright. Wysinger v ted no on both resolutions, while Yarbrough abstained on the resolution for Letha Yarbrough. In other business the com­ mission voted to approve: - Selling a vacant lot owned bythecitytoMr.andMr . w.e. Liphford, at 399 E. Britain for the amount of $400.
