at Wall and Pipestone, in 1988,

floor for themselves and renting

the commission was going to be
there in tuxedos on February 15."
"So on the 13th of February I
went out and rented a tux. So
bout the middle of March the
tux company informed me that
I should bring the tux back or
plan on buying it. I checked with
them and they said they were
still going to have the grand
opening sometime toward the
end of March, so I said I would
go ahead and buy it," Manning
said.

wear it. Monday night he
presented Hansel with the bill
for $11,500 for the rental of the
tux for 230 days, at $50 a day.
But the bill was marked "paid in
full" cknowledgeing service
by Phase II to th . Phase II
designed the City'S logo,
printed tionery and busine
cards.

570 E. Empire Avenue. Th
grant and lien agreement
provided that the indebtedness
