Mayor William Wolf aid
there is a "certain amount of ris
involved in a decision like this."
"If 105 slip are built next
year t and all 105 are sold, - we
are going to be embrassed for
having sold this for $100,000,"
Wolf said, "but that is a long
shot, we have been waiting for
. our money on tho e lips two.
years now, going on three y ars.
Every year we budget it in, every
y r we had calls saying, that the
slips were no built or no old.
So basically we are taking the
ri out of it by allowing them to
settle tho for $100,000."
# •••• Wolf said in his personal
opinio "the market for bo
service is not nearly as stro
as it was three year ago."
"I think that it would be a
wise move to cash in right now
and get the money rather than
banking in market: said Wolf.
"Do we take our money now or
do we hold out for top dollar,"
he added.
If all the 105 at ps re
built and sold, the city could
have gotten $220,000.
