Mayor Martha G. Scott has scheduled entertainment by young people in the community to ow the different tal and community ties ithin the city. Sco t arted this practice last year and intends for it to be­ come a Highland Park tradi­ tion. 'There will be singers, dan­ cers, rappers, skits, and bands, There will also be three local recording artists "Rickie Dee and the White Boys." The festivities will start 7p.m. at Manchester and Second. Saturday July 8. The fire r will start t 10 p.m. Hit rains, the ce obration will be postponed until Sunday July 9.
