Christopher Brooks Chair­ man of the Board, read a letter from Dale Sorget, Whirlpool, announcing his resig tion from the DDA & TIFA boards, effective immediately. Sorget's term was to expire in AugusL Dave Mitchell, plant manager of Whirlpool in Ben­ ton Harbor was appointed to replace Sorget. Also Mitchell was appointed to serve on the finance committee.
