Only you can answer that ques
tion but you must determine
who deserves to be important in
your life and who doesn't
Here's what you should do.
Make a list of a of the people
in your life who have a real
and important impact upon .
your circnmstances. Think very
carefully about this· list. Take
your time because you m
think that someone' important
whe in fact, they could disap
pear tomorrow and your life
wou (l remain entially the
same as it is now. Some peop
are significant and some are not.
What are the precise resons fo
which you place them on your
list of important peop ? Don't
fool yourself. Be sure that the
reasons are not met:el emotion
al. When you finish your list, if
the man who is causing you
. problems is not on the list, tell
him what to do with his opinions
the next time he criticizes you.
