unsafe structures for a house
and garage at 1071 Colfax St.,
which has been inspected and
declared hazard us to public
welfare. The owner has been
notified to demolish or bbard up
the structures or the city may
condemn them. Manning said if

Counties, will participate in a
Student Leadership Forum to
be held Tuesday, March 14, at
Lake Michigan College.
The forum is sponsored by
the Berrien County Inter­
mediate School District and the
Michigan Department of
Education. It is designed to
promote communication on
