Scholarship for a student in
nufacturi or engineering.
The scholar hip, for $250 per
semester during the 1988-89
academic year, is helping Per­
rone to continue to reach his
goal of becoming a plant
manager in a manufacturing
facility.
The Elisha Gray II Scholar­
ship was funded by the Winner's
Circle auction held at LMC last
spring, and named in honor of
community leader Elisha Gray
II, former chairman of the
board of Whirlpool Corpora­
tion. The scholarship is
designed to be offered in per­
petuity.
College officials said the auc­
tion will be an annual event, and
will fund additional scholar­
ships. This year's Winner's
Cirel II aucti on is scheduled
or arch 11 in the LMC Com­
munity Center.
