In Semen, Cass and Van Buren Counties of Southwest
Michigan as well as northeru Indiana for the VersaCad and
AutoCad computerized drafting and design (CAD) software
systems. I
. Huycke said LMC was chosen as an authorized training
SIte because of the lack of nearby training sites, the ooncentra­
tion in the �ea of �dustry usiDg CAD systems, and the up-
to-date equipment m place t"LMC. .
LMC can offer VersaCad and AutoCad training either at
the company's location or at the College. Huycke said train­
ing is highly individualized, limited to 10 persons at a time.
Training times are also flexible depending. upon the
company's needs, be explained-In addition to the customized
business training, the College also offers regulat acad mic
courses for students interested in leamirlg CAD. Huycke said
� the College assists qualified and trained students in finding
employment in industry. .
