building which will be used
to operate free educational
and artistic training
programs to the hand­
icapped. Upon completion
of their training they will
receive a certificate, on­
the-job experience, com­
pensation and media ex­
po ure. The program
begin May 26, 1988 for the
handicapped, youth and
senior citizens.
