Venia Fizer, 81, has lived in .
Three Rivers for 31 years, and
was born in Mound, La. She is
the oldest of eight sisters. Four
of her sisters and four brothers
are deceased. She has been a
widow for 46 years. Fizer never
had any children of her own, but
