Youth Employment and Train­
ing Program from January 1,
1988 to December 31, 1988. This
plan aims to serve a minimum of
700 youths 14-21 years of age,
economically disadvantaged,
and residents of Berrien, Cass
or Van Buren Counties through
the following: work experience;
job enrichment; evaluation of
basic skills; pre-employment
and work maturity competen­
cies; job development; job
placement; Targeted Jobs Tax
Credit coordination with area
school districts, Michigan
Employment Security Commis­
sion and the Department of So­
cial Services. The plan has been
approved and submitted to
Lansing. 'It may be reviewed at

refundable check deposit of
$60.00 each made payable to the
Benton Harbor Housing Com­
mission. Deposits will be
returned only if the documents
are returned to. the Housing
Commission in good condition
within 2 weeks after you receive
a letter notifying you of conjraot
award. If more than 3 set are re­
quired by a contractor, they may
obtain thent for $60.00 per set
with $30.od being refundable
upon return of �e documents.
