State Police troopers would like
to kno , too.
"Officers do not like (dark
windows)," said Col. Rich Davis,
Director of the state police.
"You wouldn't either if you were
an officer."
Davis said tinted windows
give criminals an "awful ad
vantage" over troopers. Behind
dark windows, "You're never
going to outmaneuver them," he
said.
"It's a safety issue for of
