The meeting was called to
order at 7:30 p.m. and a silent in­
vocation was given. The minutes
of the previous regular meeting
were approved as presented.
The agenda was amended to
add a Personnel Committee
Report.
On recommendation of the
Personnel Committee, accepted
the resignation of Shirley Little,
Building Dept. Secretary.

Adopted amendments to Or­
diance30.150 Inoperable Motor
Vehicles, Unlicensed Motor
Vehicles, Machinery and
Equipment.
Approved payment of
General Fund bills in the
amount of 63,471.40, Sewer
Fund bills in the amount of
$50,132.89, and Water Fund
bills in the amount of 9,600.00.
Voted to designate Friday,
November 13, 1987, as a
memorial day in honor of the
late Superintendent Elder John
McCoy.
Announced Municipal Of­
fiee closings for Thursday and
Friday, ovember 26 & 27, 1987,
and that trash collections for
those days would be picked up
usual the following Thursday
and Friday, December 3 & 4,
1987.
Ackno ledged receipt of a
letter from Star Cablevision ad­
vising of service extensions to
Blue Creek Road, North Shore
and the Elks Lodge on M-139.

Council (KADAC) Board of Directors

23 by the KADAC ominating Com­
mitee. Board terms are for three years
