Remember: the wealth build

you start and then abandon
when the going gets tough.
You mus be in it for the long
haul. .
-Write down your financial
goals and review them
everyday. This daily exercise
will help keep those goals in
the froot of your mind and
can be especially motivational
during ,the difficult times.
However, there is a potential
negative here. If you are not
talkiing actions which bring
you closer and closer to tho
goals, simply reviewing them
everyday can bring about a
feeling of failure or at least
frustration. Again, action is

This could result in a stu

that more than anything else
we are a product of our en

key associates and friends are
negative-thinking, poorly

such associations re ard your

- Develop the ability to in
fluence others. Your most im
portant weapons in the in
fluence game are the power of
suggestion, assertiveness, a
smile and obvious successes.
We cannot go into detail here
so simply remember the fol
lowing: success attracts tten
tion; suggestions, which
benefit tend to create allies
while orders tend to create
enemies; everybody is in
fluenced by a smile and asser

you to act.
