Hall has been elected vice
president, Washington Affairs,
of Ford Moto Company, ef­
fective July 15, Ford chairper­
son Donald E. Petersen an­

Hall has been a partner in
the Detroit law firm of
Dykema, Gossett, Spencer,
Goodnow, and Trig since
1985. He previously was the
chief assistant prosecutor for
Wayne County.
Hall, who has been quo ed
