code enforcement, particul rly
in the rea of rental housing.

became a member, he also
invited them to City Hall.
Tekhan is the daughter of
Janice Knox Foster. She i a
fourth grader at St. ichael
School.
Joy is a ruth grader at ar
quette School: and is the daugh
ter of Sandra Jenkins.
The children are trying
to raise money for disadvan
taged children in the neighbor
hood who wouldn't get a chance
to go ating or Pleasure I

like but couldn't otherwide
