ronmental Policy Act of 1969.
The Department of Commerce will accept any objection to thi approval
of the rei of funds and acceptance of the certification only if it is on
one of the following basIs. '
, (a) That the certification as not in fact executed by the Chief Execu­
tive Officer or other oUicer of applicant approved by ichigan Depart­
ment of Commerce.
(b) That applicant's environmental review record for projects indicate
omi ion of a required decision, finding, or step applicable to the projects
in the environmental revie proce . Objection must be prepared and
ubmittecl in accordance with the required procedure (24 CFR Part 58)
and may be addressed to OUice of Busines and Community Develop­
ment, 'chigan Department of Commerce, P.O. Box 30225, La Build­
ing, Lansing, ichigan 48909.
Objectio to the relea e of funds on basis other than those stated above
will not be considered. No objections received after February 18, 1987 will
be CODIidered by Department of Commerce.
