wide movement affecting all

and Urban Development, which
maintains the Federal Holiday
Commission and the Depart-

cluding the annual march­
parade, with military units in
Atlanta, January 15-19.
The commi ion receives no
government grant, but hopes to
help rai a million dollars
for the King Center to invest
in sustaining funds when the
